Pyromatic
Electrical Furnace-BSPIL-BIO-07008 It is mainly
used to find out ash content and also to melt or Activate.
Working temperature is 1000 to 1200*c
Heating chamber is made of refractory muffle or grooved refractory
bricks
Kanthal Wire is wound around the muffle or coiled and inserted to
generate heat
Insulation is with firebricks. Single door lined with fire bricks
fits tightly on the mouth of the chamber
Outer chamber is attractively painted.
Control panel consists of pyrometer, energy regulator, relay, thermocouple,
lamps
