Pipe friction apparatus with 15 and 20 mm piece - BSPIL-FML-20004

Pipe system consisting of 3 GI pipe Lines of size 15mm, 20mm and 25mm dia fitted with a device for quick and easy change over for a pressure tapings to any through separate lines having isolating valves and flow control valves. Each pipe line with tapings 3 meters discharge to determine the pipe friction loss through Darcy's Co-efficiency.

Differential manometer 1000 mm length for the measurement of loss in head, supplied with mercury. Fiber Glass lined M.S. Measuring tank of size 150 Liters Capacity to measure the discharge water from the unit, provided with a gauge glass, scale arrangement and drain valve.

Fiber glass lined M.S sump 2000x300x300mm height to store sufficient water for independent circulation through the unit for experimentation and arranged within the floor space of the main unit.

Supply of pump set of Capacity 0.5 HP capacity to pump water from the sump to store the unit through proper system with a gate valve to control the rate of flow, and connected to with a DP Switch. 

Rigid MS frame work compactly fitted with all the above items as self sufficient package unit, suitable for operation without any foundation [Closed Circuit]

Alternatively the above said test rig with open circuit (Conventional Model) withoutHeavy duty polymer trolley wheels (4Nos) with screw jack arrangement for shifting
