Pneumatic & Hydraulic library:
Is a collection of pneumatic & hydraulic symbols based on ISO1219 & CISO5599
standards. From this we can drag & drop the symbols into the Automation Studio
environment and try whether the connected circuit can function or not By this
way we can study the behavior of the components virtually without the actual
physical component.
Electrical ladder logic & Electro technical library:
These libraries are based on IEEE standards. Using this we can try the relay
logics & main line connections respectively.
Digital electronics library:
With this we can interface the embedded circuits (like logic gates AND, OR,NOT,
NOR…) with the solenoid coils of Pneumatic & Hydraulic devices.
IEC1131 PLC, AB PLC, Siemens PLC library:
With Instead of designing the PLC circuit in native software programme of
a PLC, we can simply try the PLC ladder also in Automation Studio environment
and try the circuits. Apart from a standard type of ladder logic IEEE1131,
Automation Studio provides dedicated modules as AB PLC ladder logic & Siemens
PLC ladder logic to make the AB & Siemens PLC users to feel as if they work in
their own native software without any discomfort.
Bill of material module:
By loading the part name & part no of the components used in the circuit
we can get automated Bill of material used in the circuit with appropriate qty.
of items used, also with price if required.
SFC Grafcet module:
Sequential Function Chart is the latest & straight forward method of
building any logic. Even a fresher / amateur can build a
complicated circuit using SFC module. This
also helps in fault finding during any system failure .
Fluid component sizing module:
Depending upon the need of the circuit, the appropriate size of valve or tube
can be optimized using this module
