Software enables to scan the desired images and store the same
after adjusting the brightness ,color, contrast, gamma etc., with
out loosing any details of the captured images and organizes it
in the desired format, allows for further magnification of the
images with nil loss of quality or resolution, enables, comparison
of previously taken microstructures with the subjected images
for qualitative visual analysis, printouts, random search, photo
gallery, emailing, printing, storing and host of other features

The features of the software
include to analyze the following
Nodularity, Length, Perimeter,
Area, Angle, Grain Size and shape, Depth or Width of Decarburisation,
Coating thickness, Porosity, Phase/Volume percentage with display
of overlaid colors, Graphite Flake Measurement, Non Metallic Inclusion
Rating, Particle Size and volume percentage, Particle Count, Comparison
of images, Calibration of User defined magnifications.
All these parameters analyzed
are provided with option to merge the result to the report being
generated internally aong with images, histograms, data overlays
and other relevant information for keeping track of history.
Capturing of images to the
desired location with option of image size settings Editing of
storred images like sharpening, enhancing, brightness, contrast,
color control, rotating, cutting, filling etc., Printing of the
Images stored with user defined notions.
This Digicam
Microscope comes with magnification of upto 450x with good resolution
of images due to its incident illumination, the optics are from
LIECA USA, the same camera can be detached and used for macro
imaging with Wide Angle Lens with various field of view according
to application (Pls. Specify the field of View before ordering) for
examination of weldments / cracks etc
Pyro Portable Digicam Microscope ( With 4.6 Lakhs Pixel
Resolution)
This Digicam
Microscope comes with magnification of up to 450 x with good resolution
of images. The optics are imported, the same camera can be detached
and used for macro imaging with wide angle lens for examination
of weldments/cracks etc.
Image Digitizer
The image digitizer is again a portable one which externally integrates
the lap top and digital microscope, and compatible to Pal Composite
and S-Video In and facilitates on site performances.
PGP-2RT is a portable pre-grinding and polishing machine, which
is easy to carry to work site. It enables metallographers to prepare
suitable metallographic quality surgaces on large components such
as castings, forging, welds, pipes etc., by grinding with silicon
carbide paper discs followed by polishing with diamond paste applied
to special cloth discs. PGP-2RT has a variable speed control to
enable speed variation for rough grinding at high speeds &
fine grinding at low speeds. It has a 30mm diameter rubber tip
to which grinding paper or polishing cloth discs can be attached.
These disks are supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive back
for easy attachment & detachment from the rubber tip.
