a. KIRLOSKAR Brand new Diesel Engine 10HP at 1500 RPM, 4 Strokes and Vertical water-cooled.
b. LOADING DEVICE: A Suitable capacity Eddy Current Dynamometer with loading arrangement consisting of Modular Design type foot mounted air cooled Eddy Current Dynamometer having both input and output shaft with built in Tacho-Generator capable of delivery a constant rated 100% full load torque and electronic control unit suitable for operating on 230V, 50Hz input supply, exciting Volt 80V, Max. Current -5A fitted with electronic control card, load-exciting potentiometer, speed indicating Digital RPM meter, Power On/Off switch and run indication lamp.
The EDDY Current Dynamometer is with
> 200mm diameter pulley fitted on the output shaft of
dynamometer
> Spring Balance
> Love joy couplings to interconnect prime mover and dynamometer.
> MS Channel iron base plate to install the dynamometer and the prime mover.
> Angle Iron stands attached with bedplate to install the spring balance weighing gear.
> Steel rope to interconnect spring balance weighing gear and pulley.
> Space needed 3x.4x4 M.
c. FUEL MEASURING ARRANGEMENT: Consisting of fuel tank, burette three-way cock and connecting tubes are supplied to measure the consumption of fuel. |
