Cannibal! The Musical Release Year: 1996 Rating: R Tagline:All Singing! All Dancing! All Flesh Eating Director: Trey Parker Writer: Trey Parker Starring:Trey Parker, Ian Hardin, Matt Stone, Jon Hegal, Jason McHugh, Dian Bacher, Toddy Walters Plot Summary: The sole survivor of an ill-fated mining expedition tells how his taste for gold was replaced by that of human flesh. Initial Thoughts-Over the years I have heard many things about this film. Friends who had seen it would tell me how downright hilarious it was and that I had to check it out. For the longest time I couldn't seem to find a copy of this film anywhere. Finally I found a copy and was finally going to get to see this film that I had heard so much about. Also, there were more than a few times that I just burst out laughing and the dialogue exchanges. Bad Points-In a few parts the movie was a bit drawn out and dull. The camera work was decent, but nothing that was going to win any cinematography awards. Overall tho...
